Wow was this site's poll wrong!!!

What can I say?

I actually think she made the right decision and I don't think I made that decision until the last episode...

Jesse just seemed more sincere. And how can you compare Jason's response to Jeremy's? Jeremy's need to try to win her back just made Jason's acceptance and willingness to move on seem more contrived. When Jeremy came back, it was the first time that anything on the show really seemed REAL, you know? Like it could happen that way in the real world.

I think DeAnna's sister-in-law hit the nail on the head when she said that while DeAnna wanted a family, she was not really ready for one just yet. I think that's true, and I give DeAnna props for admitting that she was wrong about what she wanted from the beginning.

In the end she went with her heart, and while that is not always the best decision, it is more romantic and it is what most people end up doing in the long run. I won't say anything about the current divorce rate and any possible relation to that. :o)

She wanted the fairy-tale ending, and Jason just wasn't it.

I think I will add a poll on here to see if people think they will make it in the long run. If you're reading this, vote and let your opinion be heard...

It was funny to watch Shayne and Matt too! I still don't believe they are a real couple. What can I say, I'm a little cynical. Replaying the proposal made me laugh out loud! She is so fake. Sorry if you like her; I have my opinion, and nothing you can say will change it.

So it's over, so sad. Can't wait to watch the paparazzi websites for pictures of Graham and his future flings! I'd still rather watch a Maroon 5 video.

This is it my friends. I hope you enjoyed my commentary as much as I enjoyed writing it all. Remember, look with your heart, but see with your brain. That doesn't make any sense, does it?

:o)
Cheers!

Men Tell... well not much really...

Well, my friends, it's almost over... I'm a little sad already!

I was not too impressed with the Men Tell All episode, although it did give Graham another chance to mess with DeAnna's head! He's harsh when he's hurt! Someone said they think he looks like Adam Levine (from Maroon 5). To that I say: Hey, Graham is cute, but don't insult Adam like that! He's my boy! Adam, if you're reading this, I will leave my husband for you, just say the word baby! :o) I think maybe Adam looks like a cross between Richard and Graham (click on the picture for a close-up examination)...

Jeremy was ready to start bawling right then and there - I almost cried for him.

Twilley seemed much more down-to-earth, probably because there was less pressure. I still want to hang out with him!

Ron -

Q: Jealous?
A: NO!
;O)

And did you catch the end when Fred accepted a date from a lovely lady in the audience? Good for him! By the way, does anyone think Fred looks a little like Gavin DeGraw?

Okay, I think I've said about all I can say about all these guys, so I'm just gonna have a little fun.

Did you notice the pimple on Jason's forehead? Must be getting nervous... by the way, what is an account executive exactly? Just a guy with a job I guess. He's like your everyday guy that would probably make a great husband. I wonder why she hasn't asked him why his first marriage ended? Maybe she did and they just didn't show it.

Jesse has changed his spots, telling DeAnna that he's ready for marriage a week after telling his dad that he wasn't ready. Oops! By the way, did he ever answer her question about what he's going to do with his life after snowboarding? Probably just open a snowbard shop or something. Thank GOD he was joking about having to meet her father before sleeping with her!

Jeremy, as we know, was let go... he's now free to wander around lawns and mope sadly by trees. Why are men so afraid to cry in front of people (except for Robert of course)? I'm betting he's now going to crack down at work and spend endless hours being a good lawyer and not date (which is sad). If he can just get over DeAnna I'm sure there are hundreds of girls out there that would love a handsome lawyer for a husband! I did like in the Men Tell All how he straight up asked her how she could dump him after sleeping with him! HA HA HA!!! Nothing like blunt!

Alrighty, one more episode left. I promise I will try to get my thoughts posted quickly after that one! My guess at this point is Jason. Unless she is lying about being okay with Ty, then he's the obvious choice. Stable, attractive (I'm told), caring, and in love with her. If she doesn't choose him because he's too "safe" then she has been basically lying to all of us the whole time. Let's see if she stays true to her word.

Hey, we know she's engaged! So the fairy tale ending does happen. I wonder if it will last? hmmmmm.....

How Many Times did You Cry?

I don't know if it was the sappy music in the background or what was actually happening, but I think I cried four times during this episode. And I said 'meet the family' week was going to be boring!

*Graham, a 29-year-old professional basketball player from Raleigh, NC

Wow! He blew it! She blew it! I just got done watching the show, and my emotions are still in turmoil. I don't even know what to say.

If this was a movie, Graham would have either poured his heart out that last night before getting into the limo, or she would have stopped the limo after reading his card, and they would have lived happily ever after.

But he was right to be a little angry with her I think. She gave him this big speech about how he wouldn't open up to her and put his feelings on the line, and then she says that she's letting him go because she doesn't want to get hurt again. So who isn't really putting it all on the line for love?

I think both of them.

The fact that he wrote her a letter to tell her all that he was feeling shows to me that he does care a lot about her and wished that he could express it better verbally. That's sad. I'm willing to bet that if he had given her that letter an hour earlier, she would have picked differently.

Then the analytical side of my brain pipes in and reminds me that he's creating an awful lot of drama, and who really needs all the drama when you're looking for marriage? Choosing a husband (which is what DeAnna claims she is doing) is not an easy task, and you can't just use your heart to gauge who's the best fit for you. You have to use your brain too, and that's where Graham falls behind. He would make a great passionate love affair that ends badly but leaves great memories. Or he would make a jealous ex-husband.

This means that the rumors of Graham leaving early aren't true, but I've also heard rumors that she continues talking to him after the show. I believe that one. I cried when they were both crying. I am such a SAP!!!!!

Bye, Graham.

*Jason, a 31-year-old account executive from Kirkland, WA
Jason really is everything DeAnna sees in her future, except that he already has it and she doesn't. The question is whether or not she wants to jump into a ready-made family.

I really liked Jason this time, and he seemed to have a really great family. Seeing them cook a bunch of Greek food for DeAnna was sweet and shows that they are considerate people. Nice in-laws is a BIG plus in my book. Bad in-laws can ruin your life!

Two things that struck me: First, DeAnna's never heard of the space needle? Weird... and second: the whole time they were showing DeAnna hanging out with Jason and Ty and getting along so well, all I could think about is how Ty's mother must have felt watching her son be part of some other family. I cried when Jason had to say goodbye to Ty again, but I bet Jason's ex-wife was crying harder than any of us. That's her little boy!

Gosh, I better stop or I'll start crying again. Maybe it's because I have a two and three year old, so my heartstrings get pulled real easy right now.

I almost wish that DeAnna could have also met Ty's mother, because she is the one person that might actually WANT to make DeAnna miserable if she picks Jason.

ROSE!

*Jeremy, a 30-year-old real estate attorney from Dallas, TX
Okay, I have to preface this with reality: my husband rides street bikes. I liked Jeremy SO MUCH MORE this week! Hahahahahaha! It's amazing how a few hundred pounds of metal between your legs can make you much hotter!

Jeremy is definitely falling hard for DeAnna and has already convinced himself (and told her) that he NEEDS her. Bad word! No one likes a NEEDY partner!

She does however fit into his family like the missing piece of a jigsaw puzzle. Everyone in the room lost their parents pretty young. Kind of a sad puzzle. DeAnna might not want so much heartache. Plus that means only one grandparent for her future kids. Something to think about, that's all I'm saying...

I don't think DeAnna is going to pick Jeremy in the end. She just keeps saying how perfect he is, but... she needs to be in love too. Maybe someone should tell her that you don't always fall in love in a few weeks?

Nah, never mind! Then she can't have her fairy-tale ending.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot - I cried when he read his journal. If this episode was dripping with any more sap I would need a bottle of rubbing alcohol to get it all off.

ROSE!

*Jesse, a 25-year-old professional snowboarder from Breckenridge, CO
Jesse is the only guy that didn't make me cry this week. Thanks, dude!

Jesse definitely got hotter in my book this week. Seeing any guy show great expertise at something physical does it for me! I'm so easy to please (by the way, my husband kicks a** on a motorcycle)!

I think watching him show DeAnna how to snowboard finally made him seem like a MAN instead of a boy. It was refreshing.

But... when Jesse told his dad that he could see being in a serious relationship but not marriage I knew that he wasn't going to be the right pick for her. She wants three babies by 30 and she's 26 now??!!? I don't think Jesse is ready for that.

When she asked his dad if he was ready, his dad said he was but he was scared. I think that might have been a little wishful thinking. But heck, what do I know?

At least he finally kissed her! The previews show him possibly turning down the overnight date because he hasn't met her father yet. Sounds honorable, but how does meeting her father all of a sudden make it okay to sleep with her? Is he going to ask her father for his daughter's hand in bed? Not likely....

ROSE!

I wish we had a big electric board somewhere - like the kind that tell you much the lottery is for this week. But instead it would count the number of girls that have either already contacted Graham or are online right now looking for the cheapest plane tickets to get to the "Men Tell All" episode so they can have some sort of clandestine meeting with the guy.

Might not be so hard to forget about DeAnna after all, huh? :o)

The Final Four

I think I have a mental block for Monday night television. Missed the show AGAIN but watched it tonight on abc.com.

Quick note about the "interview" hour with DeAnna: If you missed it, go back and watch Brian... I was laughing my butt off!

So the bachelors and DeAnna went to (gasp!) Palm Springs this week. Sorry, did that sound a bit snotty? Having lived in California all my life, I'd much rather go to Tahiti or Jamaica or somewhere tropical at least. Heck, I'd rather go to New York City. California is very pretty but SO not edgy or cool! Even the freaks in San Francisco (I can call them freaks because I used to live there) that think they're edgy and cool really aren't.

So they all went to (gasp!) Palm Springs. I wonder how long of a drive it was from their pad in Southern California to their new pad in Southern California... okay, okay, I digress! Riding quads looked pretty fun, and going to Frank Sinatra's house would be EXTREMELY cool! I absolutely loved her 50's dress, very classy.

I think DeAnna did a pretty good job talking to all the guys this time (except Twilley) and getting to know them a little better. She definitely likes to be complimented; her face just lights up every time one of the guys says something really nice to her! It's very cute!

Speaking of the guys:

*Graham, a 29-year-old professional basketball player from Raleigh, NC

Still say DeAnna wants him BAD! Did she ask for a kiss again? I couldn't hear what she said. She got one, though! Graham seems to have gotten over the need to have her all for himself or not at all. He sort of set her up for the meeting with the family by joking around about how his family was going to wonder what she saw in him, and the previews for next week seemed to confirm that!

I'm really starting to think that he isn't the right guy for her. But those are the ones we always want the most, don't we??? We always want to tame the bad boys.

Has anyone else noticed (did I already mention this?) that he never LOOKS at her?!! It's unnerving! I wouldn't be able to handle that - I'd be grabbing his jaw and turning his head to me and demanding that he look at me once in awhile... sheesh! ROSE!

*Jason, a 31-year-old account executive from Kirkland, WA
Jason is still in the lead in our little poll here! He didn't take any chances on the quads, which means he's probably not out doing sports stuff very often, which DeAnna seems to enjoy doing. She made note of the fact that he just rode the quad in a straight line the whole time. Poor guy, not everyone is extreme, give him a break!

I thought it was really sweet how he told another guy that he really didn't like it for the first time when Jesse interrupted them at the pool. I think he's surprising himself with the strength of his feelings for her.

DeAnna gets to meet Ty next week. Not sure how I feel about that yet. I suppose it will depend on how she is portrayed to him. If she's introduced sort of as his girlfriend, I will be irritated. But if she's introduced as just a friend, that's not so bad. I can't believe they actually interviewed him... he can't be more than four years old. Hopefully they made it a very stress-free atmosphere for the kid. What an odd experience it must have been for him.

Shallow picky note: I don't like Jason's nose. It hooks like a beak. He looks much better from the front view than in profile. But let's face it, there is always something wrong with the good guys - that's why we always fall for the bad boys (see Graham above)!

Anyhow - like you didn't guess: ROSE!

*Jeremy, a 30-year-old real estate attorney from Dallas, TX
Plays the part of the debonair suitor quite well. But he's boring! Serious love and commitment vibes can only take you so far - then you need an actual personality! Do they make you check your personality at the door when you pass the bar?

Another shallow picky note: I'm just really not finding Jeremy attractive anymore. I know that I gave them all the benefit of the doubt in the beginning, because personality can change your visual appeal in my opinion. Jeremy's (lack of)personality has lowered his visual appeal.

I was also cracking up when Twilley was joking about Jeremy being a superhero mutant guy... :o)

One thing I do know is that real estate attorneys make bank, so if she picks him, she probably won't have to work anymore. Not the worst way to pick a man, is it? Kidding, kidding!

But he did get to go to Frank Sinatra's house and hang out, so I'm jealous of him because of that! ROSE!

*Jesse, a 25-year-old professional snowboarder from Breckenridge, CO
Was it my glasses or did Jesse get cute for a minute, and then went back to not-so-cute? Someone needs to tell that boy to lose the hat-hair and the shirt and he will get LOADS more chicks!

DeAnna said she was sad that he didn't try to kiss her. I think he really wanted to by the look on his face, but may have gotten a little too nervous. Sitting across a table isn't really the best way to kiss anyway. But he could have stepped up to the plate and figured it out. Heck, he could have at least told her he wanted to kiss her. Then she could have told him she wanted him to also.

I can't wait to see his family! I bet they love him a lot even though he's a "triangle" as he put it. I hope he gets the nerve to kiss her next week, a good kiss is another great way to change your visual appeal (but you still need a good personality, Jeremy)! ROSE!

*Sean, a 33-year-old martial arts master from Crestwood, KY
Okay, perhaps I was wrong about the mention of DeAnna's mother last week. Sounds like he did spend some time getting to know her. Too little, too late though.

Was I hearing things or did he call her 'babe' in he hammock? If he did, I think it may have been a little premature. I really didn't see any chemistry between Sean and DeAnna. What can you say? If it's not there, it's just not there. He seemed to take the rejection in stride though, which is nice in comparison to jerks like Robert last week!

Well, let's look on the bright side - he got a better haircut out of this whole experience, and will probably be fighting the girls off of him with a stick now... SORRY! NO ROSE!

*Twilley, a 33-year-old software programmer from Tulsa, OK
Twilley just never had a chance, did he? Motion sickness can be a high hurdle to jump when you are trying to compete with other, more macho dudes. Plus almost zero one-on-one time with DeAnna.

Watching him bag on Jeremy for being too perfect made me laugh out loud for the only time in this whole episode! I'm having second thoughts about Twilley: I think he would be a really cool guy to date and/or marry... once the novelty of being in love wears off, he would still be there making you laugh.

But I suppose you need to have the right sense of humor to really appreciate the Twilleys of the world. I actually do have that sense of humor. Twilley, if you're reading this, I'm married, sweetheart, but we can hang! SORRY! NO ROSE!

Good lord, we have to meet the fams next week, don't we? I always hate that episode the most! Everyone is too serious and it's the same boring talks every time. Except the fake family last season... that was hilarious!

Actually, meeting little Ty will be different. And hearing Graham's mother tell DeAnna that he's afraid of commitment will be CLASSIC!!! So maybe it won't be too bad this time *she said with a prayer in her heart and a bolt of lightning on it's way down...*

Tell me what you thought!

The Dichotomy that is DeAnna

Random post here. I really want your thoughts on DeAnna.

On one hand, she is very strong-willed, opinionated, and sure of herself. She acts like a hard-core feminist at times which is (in my opinion) not all that feminine. Then she does things like name a star for Jason's son, and post a love note on a billboard for Jesse. Then I think she's really a sweet girl who is more concerned with pleasing her partner than herself. These things surprised me. I didn't see them coming.

I too am very strong-willed, opinionated, and self-assured, but I want my husband to be happy. In this respect, the biggest problem that I face is that occasionally I start to feel as though being really nice and selfless to my man is actually just being a submissive wimp. I have to consistently remind myself that he is not oppressing me because I am making the conscious decision to compromise on a lot of things in life. Sounds silly, doesn't it?

Anyway, is DeAnna a dichotomy, or can these two sides of her be real?

Give me your opinions on this! You can be Anonymous, I don't care and it's not a contest. I am just honsestly interested in everyone's thoughts on these two seemingly opposed facets of DeAnna's personality. Also, do you ever have these weird feelings that I described?

Don't be afraid, I don't bite (unless you want me to!)...

Wanted: Romance

WANTED: ROMANCE! WHERE IS IT???

Okay, I'm back from the gym and feeling *slightly* better about myself!

This episode was just drama, drama, drama, wasn't it? I think it's going to get a lot harder from now on... all the guys left seem pretty cool or funny or cute or laid back and it's going to be hard to see them leave.

Funniest moment of the night? When one guy says something like "We're losing our cook, our comic relief... and Jason." Nice!

One quick note about negativity: I've always laughed at the faces the girls make during the rose ceremonies. They all seem to get very depressed or angry until the point when they are chosen or not chosen. Then they go back to normal. But I noticed that when the guys show their negativity, either during the rose ceremony or when some other guy is hanging out with DeAnna, it's extremely unattractive! I found myself (instead of laughing) disliking each guy when his jealous face popped up.

So guys out there, take note: jealousy = BAD...

As I said in my previous post, I like DeAnna more now than I ever have in the past. The fact that she actually took the time to keep the guys happy says a lot. Too many women out there worry far too much about making themselves happy, and not enough about making their man happy. Trust me ladies - if you find the time each day to make sure your man is happy, you will find yourself a much happier person too! I know from whence I speak...

Enough preaching - on to the GUYS!!! :o)

*Brian W., a 31-year-old high school football coach from Weatherford, TX

Okay, we know Brian is out. But do we really know Brian? I don't think so. He was the first to admit that he had a great time hanging out with the guys and didn't spend enough time getting to know DeAnna. From what we've seen on the show, that seems like a pretty accurate assessment. Being a football coach, I have to assume on some small scale that he is more comfortable with a bunch of guys. DeAnna also stated at one point that he talked about the guys too much.

I've heard that he plays a fairly large part in an MMORPG (for you non-geeks, that's a "massive multi-player online role playing game"). Now that's not necessarily a bad thing in and of itself. Before I had kids, my husband and I played Kingdom of Loathing (sarcastic fun for everyone!!!) for about two or three hours every night, for two months or so. It was great fun, but then it got old. I don't know how long he's been playing, but I think it can become a bit of an addiction for some people, and when that happens it could be a red flag. I know a lot of women who don't play with their husbands, and as a result they barely see them.

I don't know one bit how into gaming Brian is, but he did seem like a pretty nice guy, and it's sad that we won't actually get to know him better. Alas, 'twas not meant to be...

One quick note about Brian: when he was in the hot tub at the end, his hair didn't look grey and it was flatter on his head. I thought he looked MUCH hotter that way! Shame we didn't get to see more of that. NO ROSE!

*Fred, a 30-year-old lawyer from Chicago, IL
Okay, apparently everyone loves Fred! Nobody had anything bad to say about him. I was even impressed that Robert spoke highly of him. I think he got a lot more attractive when he went into serious mode. He just looks a little too goofy with a big 'ole grin on his face. And I don't know why, but I forgot until this episode that he's a lawyer. He doesn't seem like a lawyer. Too silly, maybe.

Not much more I can think to say about Fred. They didn't really show him enough to find out much about him. At least everyone on the show seemed to like him a lot. DeAnna just didn't quite like him enough. NO ROSE!

*Graham, a 29-year-old professional basketball player from Raleigh, NC
Okay, I stand by my last appraisal of Graham: DeAnna wants him BAD! She is dying for him to be the man she is looking for, and he is just a little too scared to do it. I think he could easily have wrapped this season up during that first one-on-one date at the beach. It's amazing what a little insecurity can do!

Graham seems to be playing a little of the same game that Shayne (aka Monkey) played on the last Bachelor: Hard-To-Get. I think it might bite him in the butt if he doesn't cut it out soon. She picked him last in the rose ceremony, and I think it's because she wanted him to sweat a little and realize that he's going to have to start doing some serious kissing 'n stuff if he wants to stick around! Way to work it, DeAnna! I approve, not because I think it's the best way to get some emotion out of a guy, but because I can't wait to watch him making out with her! I'm such a tart! ROSE!

*Jason, a 31-year-old account executive from Kirkland, WA
Jason had a unique and extremely lucky chance to be alone with DeAnna in her house for an entire night. Or did she plan it? We will never know...

It was nice to have an entire episode where we didn't have to hear about his son every time he spoke. I know that sounds harsh, but it was really nice to see him hug her when she got home and he saw how upset she was, and then hang out outside and comfort her. They seemed really comfortable together, and she snuggled into him like he was THE ONE. I think he's definitely got a lead over the others now. And has anyone noticed the poll on the right? Jason has taken a BIG lead in the past day! ROSE!

*Jeremy, a 30-year-old real estate attorney from Dallas, TX
Jeremy is losing ground. I think he might have peaked too early, and didn't have the personality to keep it going. I think I have yet to see him smile.

We didn't see him much this time, I think for the first time. That's really okay with me as I am not too impressed with him. His competitiveness during the stock car laps was pretty unattractive. Nothing wrong with a little competition as long as you can keep your sense of humor when it's not your career you're competing over. Competing for 10 minutes to spend with a girl that you're going to spend at least 5 minutes with anyway seems like a pretty silly thing to get angry over.

Also, taking two very competitive people and putting them in a relationship is usually not the best idea. Just my opinion... ROSE!

*Jesse, a 25-year-old professional snowboarder from Breckenridge, CO
Jesse got the one-on-one date this time. Making him dress up in a suit was pretty funny, but at least he didn't refuse to wear it. I think the whole night was perfect and he showed his serious side, but why oh WHY didn't he kiss her? She said that it was her chance to see if he could be husband material and not just a friend, and he spent all that time sitting at the dinner table telling her that he was into her, he even slow danced with her to a beautiful song in one of the most romantic settings possible, but NO KISS!!! What's up with that?

I think he just might get stuck in the "friend zone". We will see soon enough! ROSE!

*Robert, a 28-year-old chef from San Francisco, CA
Alright, who here thinks Robert turned his head just so all the ladies out there in the audience could see the tear fall slowly down his cheek?

I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him - and he's a pretty big guy...

He's also so full of himself that he was surprised when DeAnna cut him!?!

His drama-queen attitude was in full force at the picnic when he sulked into the back room and waited for DeAnna to come in and talk to him, just so that he could try and make the others look bad. BACKFIRE!!! Instead, she gets mad at him for walking away, and then confronts him later about his lack of communication! That DeAnna is a pretty smart girl!

I also noticed that all the guys as well as DeAnna had nothing but nice things to say about Fred on double-date night, and nobody really had much good to say about Robert. That was good for a laugh!

But we shouldn't worry or feel sorry for Robert. Now all the sorry women out there who want to date him because he was on this show will get their hearts broken by him while he uses the excuse that he can't open up to another girl so soon after having his heart broken by DeAnna. He's definitely got game. NO ROSE (thank the Lord)!

*Sean, a 33-year-old martial arts master from Crestwood, KY
Won the stock car race challenge (how FUN did that look?!!) and got a chance to know DeAnna better. It was nice to see him get some time with her. They apparently have a love for racing in common as well as some small town in some state Was it Kentucky? Sorry, California girl here!

I did notice that during the one-on-one time right after the racing, DeAnna gave him a really good opportunity (I think on purpose) to ask her about her mother. He didn't. Oops. I'll have to watch again, but I felt like I could read her mind there. I think she seemed disappointed, because she mentioned her mother dying, and he was just talking about the fact that they had lived in the same area, and she was hoping he would want to know more about her life by picking up on the comment about her mother dying. Hell, he didn't even bat an eyelash! Maybe he didn't hear her. She did give him the date rose, though, so I could be wrong. Or she could be giving him the benefit of the doubt.

He does look MUCH better without the mullet, quite handsome! I think getting the date rose helped bump up his self-esteem a little with her, which is a good thing. He has the potential to be the dashing leading man if he wants to be. And if he listens more closely. ROSE!

*Twilley, a 33-year-old software programmer from Tulsa, OK
Twilley put on a serious face this time! It looks a lot better than his funny face! But it might be too little, too late.

He did face his "motion sickness" issues and drive the stock car, which is a good thing (except that most people don't get motion sickness when driving, only as a passenger). He still seems very unsure of himself, and for good reason. I think he may be the next to leave, unless he can pull out some romance soon! ROSE!

I just have to say that after reviewing this episode, I am still left wanting more romance! Too bad the show is pre-taped. If not, we could have started a pool to pay Graham to step up the heat a bit! Graham, how much more do you need: the girl that has a bunch of other guys after her is practically begging you to kiss her???

There is a rumor that Graham leaves the show early, though I haven't heard any more details. I hope that's not true. If that really happens, I think it would leave DeAnna in the position of feeling like she might be choosing the wrong guy, just because Graham left early. It will be interesting to find out if the rumor is true...

So next week, we have an interview with DeAnna, and then more of the show, right? I hope so, I don't think I can take a two week interval between real episodes!

Tell me what you thought!

More in a few hours...

I need to start checking my tv listings - I completely missed last night's episode!

ABC.COM to the rescue! I just finished watching, and WOW! What a great week! I'm starting to like DeAnna more and more. She made me believe that she is in this for love, and that she is a good person inside. On most seasons of The Bachelor, the guy doesn't really do anything truly special for any one girl; he just goes on the dates and likes who he likes, and tells all the girls that he's into them. Okay, that's a bit of a generalization, but mostly it's true.

I've now seen DeAnna do a couple of things that were really special for the guy she was on a date with, and it shows how much she likes to make others happy and how important it is for the other person in her life (whoever that ends up being) to feel special too. I am impressed.

Now I could be sexist and say that it's because she's a girl and we love to please, but I'd prefer to just hope against hope that there are some men out there who like to make their woman feel special too! I'm not wrong, am I???

:o)

Anyhoo, I have to run to the gym (I want to look as good as DeAnna in a swimsuit!), but I'll be back in a few hours with my detailed update on the guys...

Enjoy your lunch (salad, right?) and check back this afternoon!
